After much thought, I have decided to offer my three best profiles for sale. Each was created using my freely available Profile Dyno, a spreadsheet which aids the process of optimizing a profile for play at a specific simulated table in OPI's Simulator.
Each profile was created individually, by taking the best publicly available profiles, creating ten hybrid profiles of each to isolate and evaluate their individual play regarding:
- Pre-flop (all 169 hands)
- Flop
- Turn
- River
- Bluff
- Check-Raise
- Slow Play
- Special
- Overall
After over 140 simulations at 5 million hands each, best practices were identified and included in each profiles Alpha version. These Alpha profiles were then tested for positional, pre-flop consistency, i.e. button should be better than late position, late should simulate better than middle, etc. After each positional inconsistency was addressed each profile became Beta.
Beta profiles were benchmarked and given a series of "common sense" tests. Using my 4 years, tens of thousands of hands, and countless books and articles of experience, I looked at the individual decisions that made up each profile, made changes, and re-simulated. I only included changes which improved the simulated statistics at the tables, for which the profile was designed.
